Access To sleep health education isn’t enough

There exists a growing gap in sleep inequality across socioeconomic groups. Those from lower income groups are shown to be more likely to experience poor sleep quality and suffer from long-term sleep issues like insomnia. There are a number of reasons as to why this is the case, and research into the relationship between sleep quality and socioeconomic status does not necessarily tell the whole story.
